1. Nature of service

LotteryMiner is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties of operation, availability, performance, or financial results.

The app helps users connect to mining pools according to their own configuration.

2. No promise of profits

Using LotteryMiner does not guarantee financial benefits, constant rewards, or any profitability.

Mining behaves like a probabilistic lottery: you may receive a reward today, in a week, in a year, or never.

Any expectation of return depends on external factors such as the blockchain network, selected pools, your hardware capacity, and Internet stability.

3. User responsibility

• Comply with the laws and regulations in your country.
• Use your device responsibly, including configuration and security.
• Keep proper device conditions: ventilation, power supply, and stable Internet (Wi‑Fi or mobile data).

We recommend using developer options to avoid sleep and using big cores when running other functions in parallel.

4. Technical considerations

Intensive CPU use can cause heat and high battery consumption. You accept these risks.

Using big cores can leave little cores available for other phone functions.

Monitor performance regularly and stop if you notice anomalies.

The user will retain at least seventy‑five percent of any mined block; the remainder is for fees and maintenance.

5. Fees and pools

In addition to the system fee, each pool may apply its own conditions, percentages, or withholdings; you must review these yourself.

6. Privacy & data protection

LotteryMiner does not collect or share personally identifiable information.

We do not store or transfer your email, private data, or sensitive settings to third parties.

7. Liability limitation

You use LotteryMiner at your own risk. The developer is not responsible for economic losses, device damage, battery failures or overheating, network problems, pool connectivity, or third‑party/software errors.
